DISASTER IN CAMBODIA - PARAGRAPH 39

Cambodia used to have a very disastrous event which is unforgettable. A round 35 years ago, Cambodia met a civil war which killed about two million people. The war was caused by Khmer Rouge. The disaster destroyed almost everything in Cambodia. The infrastructure was broken down. New buildings, schools, hospitals, and pagodas were shot. Also, many people were in starvation. Khmer Rouge not only killed but also kept all people not to eat enough food. Similarly, their disaster remains many widows, widowers, orphans and disables people until nowadays. In short, the civil war in Cambodia was the terrible disaster that everyone could not forget.
