Health is the
most important property of human being, but having good health is not an easy thing
to do. People will become healthy if they follow my health care techniques.
First, all people have to have healthy eating. Avoiding eating food with
chemical substances is the best way. Next, they must apply healthy drinking.
People should drink cooked water which is 15 minute boiled. Do not drink too
much alcohol and especially white wine because it can break your stomach. Then
all people must have healthy living. Do not have many sexual partners because
it will cause you HIV and AIDs. And the last point is doing regular exercise.
Your health will be strong when you do conclusion, you will be a healthy person
as long as you apply my techniques mentioned above.
