Cambodia is a
country which follows democracy, so the powers are separated specifically into
three. The first power is called legislative power. It consists of National
Assembly and Senate. The two entities are responsible for adopting the law. The
second one is executive power. It is belong to the government whose main
obligation is to enforce the law adopted by the National Assembly, The last one
is called juridical power. The main function of this power is to interpret the
law in order to assure justice for everyone. In summary, the three main branches
of powers in Cambodia are legislative, executive and juridical powers.
