TRAFFIC JAM - PARAGRAPH 27

Traffic jam occurs every day in Phnom Penh. And there are three main reasons to cause this jam. First, the roads too small. There are many passengers who are walk, but the narrow space roads make them stand still on the streets. Second, most drivers do not obey the traffic law. Some people still drive toward even the traffic light is red. Some drive against the direction of the street as well. Finally, the traffic jam is caused by powerful people. Occasionally, some people celebrate their party on the main street, and sometimes the delegation travel through, so the police block all passengers to stop driving. In conclusion, traffic jam is caused by unclear law enforcement.
