A good leader is the person that one
country needs, but it’s not easy to find a good leader. A good leader has some
good futures below. Firstly, he must be the creative person and the one who
creates new thing to lead the group. Secondly, a good leader always gets sick
he cannot manage leader must be the serious person. He regularly cares much
about his work. The last important characteristic is that a good leader always
train the coordinators. He taught the staff to have the specific skill in order
to develop the group with him. All in all, a good leader is the best person in
the group.
